Hajj

today abah, ibu and tokmi completed the hajj ritual through nafal awal and performed the last ritual i.e the sae'. They are now haji and hajjah.

Vacation

Last week we had a tour around Malaysia. We started fro Kota Bharu towards Gua Musang and took the new highway Lojing - Cameron Highland.

The road is nice and there are not many cars tarvelling along the road. The journey took us 3 1/2 hours to reach to Brinchang where we stop to buy some fruits.

From Brinchang we proceed to Tanah Rata. Sad to say, the place is so crowded that we are not able to find a parking space. Though we have not had our lunch we decided to proceed with our journey toward KL. We managed to stop at a tea plantation.

From Tanah Rata we proceed to KL via Tapah. It was a mistake taking this winding road. Everybody was about to throw up. I did a few time. The waterfall was nice though.

We reached KL around 9.30 p.m.

At last after a week of hassle, we get to drive the new KIA SPECTRA 5.

Abah took delivery of the car in Kuala Terengganu and drove back to Kota Bharu. It was a smooth ride.

The 2009 KIA SPECTRA 5 has got some real appealing features to attract the car buyers in Malaysia if only NAZA had done more adverts for the model. The 2009 KIA SPECTRA 5 draws its power from the 1.6 -liter 16v DOHC CVVT inline-4 Gamma generation of new engines capable of churning out 128 horsepower at 6000 rpm and 137 lb.-ft. of torque at 4500 rpm.

The engine has further been strengthened with the introduction of a 4-speed automatic transmission with KIA-System Porsche-Borg Warner-PSA Tiptronic functions, same as in OPTIMA and CITRA & CITRA RONDO. And thanks to this drive by wire 4-speed automatic tiptronic transmission, the 2009 KIA SPECTRA 5 offers great mileage – RM0.14 per km in the city and RM0.12 per km on the highways.
